Tehillim Update #76

We just finished Chapter/Kapital 75. Please say Chapter/Kapital 76 in Hebrew or English in honor of Zev ben Leah, Refoel Pinchas ben Chaya Rivkah and all others that are sick! א. לַֽמְנַצֵּ֥חַ בִּנְגִינֹ֑ת מִזְמ֖וֹר לְאָסָ֣ף שִֽׁיר:

ב. נוֹדָ֣ע בִּֽיהוּדָ֣ה אֱלֹהִ֑ים בְּ֜יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל גָּד֥וֹל שְׁמֽוֹ:

ג. וַיְהִ֣י בְשָׁלֵ֣ם סוּכּ֑וֹ וּמְע֖וֹנָת֣וֹ בְצִיּֽוֹן:

ד. שָׁמָּה שִׁבַּ֣ר רִשְׁפֵי־קָ֑שֶׁת מָגֵ֨ן וְחֶ֖רֶב וּמִלְחָמָ֣ה סֶֽלָה:

ה. נָאוֹר אַתָּ֥ה אַדִּ֗יר מֵֽהַרְרֵי־טָֽרֶף:

ו. אֶשְׁתּ֚וֹלְל֨וּ | אַבִּ֬ירֵי לֵ֗ב נָמ֥וּ שְׁנָתָ֑ם וְלֹֽא־מָֽצְא֖וּ כָל־אַנְשֵׁי־חַ֣יִל יְדֵיהֶֽם:

ז. מִגַּֽעֲרָ֣תְךָ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יַֽעֲקֹ֑ב נִ֜רְדָּ֗ם וְרֶ֣כֶב וָסֽוּס:

ח. אַתָּ֚ה | נ֥וֹרָא אַ֗תָּה וּמִי־יַֽעֲמֹ֥ד לְ֜פָנֶ֗יךָ מֵאָ֥ז אַפֶּֽךָ:

ט. מִשָּׁמַיִם הִשְׁמַ֣עְתָּ דִּ֑ין אֶ֖רֶץ יָֽרְאָ֣ה וְשָׁקָֽטָה:

י. בְּקוּם־לַמִּשְׁפָּ֥ט אֱלֹהִ֑ים לְהוֹשִׁ֖יעַ כָּל־עַנְוֵי־אֶ֣רֶץ סֶֽלָה:

יא. כִּֽי־חֲמַ֣ת אָדָ֣ם תּוֹדֶ֑ךָּ שְׁאֵרִ֖ית חֵמֹ֣ת תַּחְגֹּֽר:

יב. נִֽדְר֣וּ וְשַׁלְּמוּ֘ לַֽיהֹוָ֪ה אֱֽלֹֽהֵ֫יכֶ֥ם כָּל־סְבִיבָ֑יו יֹבִ֖ילוּ שַׁ֣י לַמּוֹרָֽא:

יג. יִבְצֹר ר֣וּחַ נְגִידִ֑ים נ֜וֹרָ֗א לְמַלְכֵי־אָֽרֶץ:

1. For the conductor on neginoth, a psalm of Asaph, a song.

2. God is known in Judah; in Israel His name is great.

3. His Tabernacle was in Salem, and His dwelling place in Zion.

4. There He broke the arrows of the bow, shield and sword and war forever.

5. You are destructive; mightier than the mountains of prey.

6. The stout-hearted became mad; they slumbered in their sleep, and none of the men of the army found their hands.

7. From Your rebuke, O God of Jacob, chariot and horse were stunned.

8. You-awesome are You, and who can stand before You once You are angry?

9. From heaven, You let judgment be heard; the earth feared and became calm.

10. When God rises for judgment, to save all the humble of the earth forever.

11. For man's anger will thank You; it will prevent the residue of wrath.

12. Vow and pay to the Lord your God; all those around Him will bring a gift to Him Who is to be feared.

13. He will cut down the spirit of princes; He will be feared by the kings of the earth.
